Dr. William Collins

​Dr. Collins is a certified national trainer for Time To Teach.   He conducts presentations at education conferences and professional training sessions for educators.   Sessions deal with classroom management methods and materials.   The goal of these presentations is to insure that control of the school environment is in the hands of teachers, administrators, and support staff on every campus. This is accomplished while simultaneously removing conflict and stress for all concerned.
